Our Constitution and Rule Book help us keep the club running smoothly. To enhance your TEDR experience, please take the time to get familiar with these documents.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RULE BOOK HAS BEEN UPDATED IN 2020 TO BE IN LINE WITH THE NEW AFFILIATION ABHA.

 

ABHA Rule Book - Please refer to ABHA website for most up to date rule book. Hardcopy of the ABHA rulebook is available at all our events.

The Constitution - The Association Constitution are the rules that guide our club and ensure everything operates in the best interest of our members.  We recommend that all members read and understand this document.

Robbie Robbins Site Map - This map show where all facilities at Robbie Robbins Reserve are located.  Please be familiar with this document and know where parking, warm up and walking only areas etc are.

Robbie Robbins Guidelines - These are the guidelines that everyone needs to follow.  Please read and understand.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

You are required to be a member of ABHA to ride at an event run by TEDR. 

If you wish to become a full financial member for the year, please use the link below, contact our facebook page or email us on drumrunnersnt@hotmail.com for a membership form. 

If you wish to earn points for the end of year awards with TEDR, it is a requirement that you are a full financial member of TEDR. 

Payments for full financial memberships are sent via an invoice after the form has been processed. Once payment has been received you are then a full financial member for that year and your points will begin to accumulate from date of payment.  

Day memberships are available but please note, no points are allocated to the end of year prizes.

Previous members will need to renew their membership each year also.

 

• ABHA Membership Form All members are required to be a ABHA member

• TEDR Membership Form This is optional but; a requirement to accumulate points

• ABHA Non-Competing Membership Form  For those non-riders that will be a support person or horse handler in the arena you will require this membership
  

• TEDR Social Member For those that are non-riders but wish to have a vote at the AGM
  

• Day Membership Form This form is to be completed by Day Members at each and every event.  Day Members are ineligible to accumulate points

Non Competing Member             $33.00

Senior Member.                           $102.05

Jnr Member.                                 $71.52

 

TEDR Full Financial Memberships:

Senior Membership - TEDR. $23.00

Junior Membership - TEDR.  $16.00

Social Member - TEDR   $23.00

 

Day Memberships:

Day Membership - All

$44.00

PLEASE NOTE:

• No points can be collected as a Day Member. 
• You can only be a Day Member 3 times before you will be required to pay a full membership.
• No points will be awarded from previous meets if you join as a financial member throughout the year.

 Memberships run from January to December each year
