C & R Constructions was established in October 2002 by two friends who had seen a real shortfall in the construction industry when it came to reliability and quality.
From the humble beginnings of a home based office the business has expanded considerably over the years. Relocating to a Berrimah factory in 2006 initially provided ample office, workshop and yard space but due to the continual growth of the company we saw the need to expand further and constructed 2 x 500m2 buildings for the company to move into at the end of 2015.
We employ a large work force of experienced personnel - full time project managers, carpenters, trade assistants, apprentices, and associated support staff with a focus on continual training, quality and safety. Project managers have been individually trained to cater specifically for the various divisions we specialise in and our employees are paired with projects most suited to their experience. Rebecca Vale is a Born & Bred local girl from Darwin. A very talented photographer, graphic designer and mother of 2 gorgeous kids. She came onboard as our club photographer late last year and has kindly donated her time again for our 2019 season.
Her love for Rodeo Photography comes from her love for rodeos, cattle and horses, but her talents aren't limited by any means. She progressed into other horse events and is now venturing into uncharted waters with Kid Photographty and Weddings.

Gretchen Davis is an Equine Body Worker, which is a massage skill set the she attained from Equinenery (UK) in 2002. She uses massage and stretching exercises for the purposes of:
- Relieving muscles worked in training that cannot secure their own release.
- Maintaining the horse's physical range of motion at optimal levels
- Accessing the horse's musculature enabling an impact assessment of your training regime.
Gretchen's work also extends to humans. She is fully qualified and extremely professional. Your horse and yourself are in the best of hands.
